The Forms and Document Kit serves Active, Guard, and Reserve Soldiers by providing an integrated solution for managing essential military documents. This app offers three key features designed to streamline administrative tasks:

• Create, sign, and email DA Forms directly from the app.
• Scan, save, and email documents using the device's camera.
• Build a digital "I Love Me" book to document military achievements.

The in-app email feature is particularly useful for those in need of quick access to blank forms, allowing Soldiers to send forms directly for printing. This kit includes over 12 of the most commonly used forms for NCOs and Soldiers in PDF format.

The scanning and emailing capabilities facilitate efficient document management. For instance, Soldiers can promptly scan and email their DA1059 to their training NCO upon graduation from BLC or send receipts for DTS vouchers during TDY assignments.

The personal "I Love Me" book feature enables users to scan and store important documents for easy access. This includes essential records such as dates of rank, PEBD, and results from HIV tests, all readily available for reference and sharing when needed.

Regarding privacy concerns, this app prioritizes user data protection. It ensures complete privacy for your personal information by not sharing any data without consent. Additionally, due to Apple’s sandboxing security measures, no other applications on the device can access your documents. The app also does not have the capability to track or record personal information.
